Helpchat, the messaging based personal assistant app has announced the appointment of Lodestar UM, part of IPG Mediabrands, India to lead its media mandate in the country. The win comes post a multi-agency pitch. The current mandate for the agency spans across all affiliate media services including Print, Radio, Digital and OOH.
