Rumbo, a major online European tourism and leisure travel agency, has selected UM as its media agency in Spain.
Since its launch in 2004, the Rumbo Bravofly Group has enjoyed continued growth across Europe, becoming the industry leader in Spain and Italy. Currently, more than 19 million customers access the Rumbo portals each month to shop for and book the best deals in airfare, vacation packages, hotels, car rentals, train tickets and restaurant and tourist guides.
In addition to the Rumbo win, UM Spain has also signed Cash Converter as a new client.
Specializing in the sale of second-hand goods, Cash Converter spent over €1 million on media in 2012. Built on UM’s “We Love Second Chances” campaign, currently running, the bulk of the media buy is centered around television and social media.
